Canada Publish and its postal employees have formally signed new collective agreements, ending a two-year-long bargaining course of that included seven weeks of nationwide strikes.
The contracts stay in impact till Jan. 31, 2029.

Earlier this month, Canadian Union of Postal Staff ( CUPW ), which represents 55,000 staff , voted to ratify the tentative agreements reached by the events again in December.
As a part of the brand new contracts, the events have agreed to wage will increase of 6.5 per cent in 12 months one, together with 5 per cent already obtained, and a 3 per cent improve in 12 months two. For years three to 5, annual wage will increase would match the inflation fee of the Client Worth Index.
