Employees at Ubisoft’s Halifax studio have formally fashioned a union.

Ubisoft Halifax lead programmer Jon Huffman has described the choice as a “large aid” including that nearly 74% of employees voted in favour of forming a union. This contains employees from the agency’s programming, manufacturing, design, artwork and R&D departments.
