A 16-year-old boy has died after the tractor he was driving crashed in county Clare.
The collision occurred on the R458 at Bunnahow at 2pm on Saturday.
{The teenager}, who was the one occupant of the tractor, was pronounced useless on the scene by gardaí.
The highway stays closed to facilitate an examination by garda forensics. Native diversions are at the moment in place.
Gardaí are interesting to anybody who might have witnessed the collision to come back ahead.
Highway customers who might have digital camera footage (together with dash-cam) and have been travelling on the R458 between Gort and Crusheen across the time of the collision are requested to make this footage obtainable to investigating Gardaí.
