A 69-year-old Canadian vacationer has been killed at Kruger Nationwide Park after a firearm was by accident discharged, in line with reviews from South African media.
The incident occurred close to Phabeni Gate at a bush braai (or picnic) web site, reviews South African TV Information channel ENCA . Police are investigating.
In response to an announcement from South African Nationwide Parks (SANParks) to ENCA, the vacationer, who has not but been recognized, was a part of a gaggle staying outdoors the park and had entered to attend the bush braai, hosted by a personal firm permitted to function throughout the park.
“SANParks extends its heartfelt condolences to the household, pals and family members of the deceased throughout this troublesome time,” the assertion reads, in line with ENCA.
