UK retailer Sports activities Direct would not precisely have the very best repute; particularly following the acquisition of GAME in 2019 by proprietor Frasers Group.
GAME particularly has usually been slammed for its excessive costs, even earlier than its acquisition. However a list on the web site for Sports activities Direct / GAME for a Theatrhythm Remaining Fantasy sticker set – sure, a sticker set – is kind of past the pale.
We’re hoping this may simply be a innocent mistake, however the web site presently lists the product for a whopping £499.00. This implies the sticker set is dearer than the Change 2’s RRP of £419.99. It is solely marginally cheaper than a PS5 Digital Version, too.
What’s worse is that the sticker set is listed at half worth, down from an obvious RRP of £999.99. What the heck is happening? Oh, and also you additionally should pay a minimal £4.99 for supply, even in case you have it despatched to a Sports activities Direct department. Cool, cool.
It has to be a mistake, proper? We will not think about even Sports activities Direct could be so brazen with its pricing.
